I was lucky to see a taping of the Late Show a few weeks ago and Letterman is such a great broadcaster. Since 2007 he's been on the best form of his career. He's on fire.

Well, well... now i have to reply! and its cruciating, because i am having a mind-blowing hangover, and that i was in an "Irish" state of mind this morning is not in any way an excuse for my horrible grammar or spelling, but the fact that english is my 5th language maybe is(still young&learning&i promise i'll do better)! but i still hate that as an excuse...-a HUGE fan of The God of Late Night Mr. David Almighty Letterman!

Do you think that we care who caught it? or that we think that dave is watching 3678 channels every night so that he can give us a 12minute monologue? get a life you jackass! i don't normally reply but this was just silly, i letterly had to sit down( to write this! we all know he has a staff and writers BUT its all about the delivery, its not about what they told him what was going on "KPOIN6"(or about mccain) its about how he maid it funny, the man can make a simple joke a comedy GOLD!

@bored2infinity you think HE caught her or McCain? Seriously? He wouldn't have a clue what was going on, it's his minions running about and ferreting information for the (not so good) show. Must've been a slow news day to have to report on that. And does Dave always support everything he should, or is he known for giving his true opinion, even when it's against the grain? Exactly. Kudo's to Carly for being honest with her opinion. I dare say journalism in general could use more honesty...
